Lily Wu is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong academic and clinical background. She holds bachelor’s degrees in law and medicine from China and completed a comprehensive 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program at Protégé School. Lily specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, stretching, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)—an advanced, therapist-guided stretching method that uses gentle muscle contractions to safely improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Her treatments are focused and highly personalized.
