Lily believes healthcare is a form of self-care, and that the body functions as a deeply interconnected system — physical symptoms often have emotional roots, and both deserve attention. As a student intern therapist at VCMT, she approaches each treatment with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the body’s complexity. Continuing her education has been a meaningful journey, and she enjoys learning how anatomy and physiology inform hands-on practice. Lily enjoys working with both chronic pain conditions and clients seeking relaxation-focused treatments. She frequently uses trigger point release, general Swedish massage, fascial techniques, dynamic release, and passive stretching to help reduce tension, increase mobility, and promote overall well-being
