Linda is a registered massage therapist and a certified health, life, and transformational coach. She uses her extensive experience and strong intuitive sense to tailor each treatment/session to her clients' individual needs. She is passionate about helping clients take ownership of their health to achieve the life they desire.
As a massage therapist, her treatment sessions may include Swedish, neuromuscular, fascial, and/or craniosacral therapy techniques. She also has extensive training and interest in the safe, gentle, and highly effective mind/body therapy called John Barnes Myofascial Release.
As a health, life, and transformational coach, Linda helps clients become aware of limiting beliefs and habit patterns blocking the way to the health and life they desire. Using her signature 6-step Revive Essentials framework, she provides clients with a logical, easy, and sustainable process for true change and the benefits of one-to-one support and accountability.
Many people seek a health coach for weight loss support, hormonal balance, or improving brain or heart health. Other clients want to better control their stress or chronic conditions, such as diabetes and obesity, as well avoid conditions with a strong family history. Linda also brings a passion and expertise for optimizing thyroid health, a powerful path for regaining vitality, mental clarity, emotional and hormonal well-being, as well as for shedding excess weight that persists amid other healthy choices.
Graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995 and the Health Coach Institute in April 2018. Fluent in both French and English.
