I am a student massage therapist currently enrolled in the 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at Makami College. My training includes therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone therapy, allowing me to support clients through a wide range of needs and stages of life. My approach to bodywork is rooted in curiosity and care. I believe in getting to the source of discomfort rather than simply treating symptoms. By viewing the body and nervous system as deeply connected, I create treatments that are both targeted and deeply calming—supporting muscular relief while also encouraging full-body relaxation and regulation. As a yoga teacher, I bring an understanding of movement, breath, and body awareness into my practice. This perspective allows me to approach the body holistically and offer care that supports both structure and nervous system balance. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and creating music with my boyfriend—both of which inspire the presence and creativity I bring into my treatments.
