I’m a Registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Before entering private practice, I spent five years as a mental health therapist in a primary care setting working largely with youth, adults and couples.

I believe that a strong collaborative and connected therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful therapy. In our work together I strive to create a safe empathetic space where you truly feel seen and heard, allowing for genuine exploration and growth. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together to identify your goals and overcome the challenges that stand in the way.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may be managing work, relationships, or family responsibilities while quietly struggling with stress, focus, burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you are high functioning on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed and exhausted, struggling to stay organized or focused, or are questioning your direction in life or relationships. Therapy provides a space to step back, make sense of these patterns, and begin building a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
If you have spent years feeling frustrated, misunderstood, or wondering why things seem harder for you than for others, you are not alone. Many adults discover later in life that their lifelong struggles with focus, organization, emotional regulation, or overwhelm may be related to ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence. I provide ADHD assessment and support for neurodivergent teens and adults, helping clients gain clarity about their experiences and develop practical strategies that work with their brain rather than against it.
My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with evidence-based coaching strategies. Together, we focus on improving focus, managing overwhelm, building sustainable routines, and reducing the shame or self-criticism that many neurodivergent individuals carry. In addition to ADHD-related work, I support clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity exploration. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you build a life that aligns with your values and to embrace life’s uncertainties with resilience and purpose. I use mindfulness and evidence-based tools to support psychological flexibility, so you can move towards your goals even when facing discomfort. If you are ready to make meaningful changes, I invite you to connect and explore how we can work together to support your growth and well-being.
