My counselling and hypnotherapy sessions are designed to be solution-focused, safe, supportive, and professional. Depending on the client’s needs, I may draw on methods such as emotional regulation, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Approach, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Methods, and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
My dedication to mental health extends to research, having spent over 15 years studying anxiety and panic disorders. This work culminated in the publication of a book aimed at helping individuals understand, manage, and control anxiety, along with its associated symptoms.
As a collaborative therapist with Edmonton Collaborative Divorce, I assist individuals in navigating separation and divorce through constructive and collaborative approaches. My goal is to support clients during life’s transitions while fostering growth and renewal.
My approach combines empathy, expertise, and collaboration to guide clients toward transformative healing and personal empowerment. I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of regression therapy.
