Lisa completed her undergraduate Family and Social Relations degree at the University of Guelph in 1992 and her Master’s in Counselling at Tyndale University in 2005.
Lisa is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists in ON)
After graduating, she offered in-person and virtual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families at a family and employee assistance program, providing psychotherapy services and developing clinical plans. She also facilitated seminars and presentations on mental health, negotiation skills, and crisis management. She created and facilitated over thirty social and health workshops and nearly fifteen health promotion projects.
