Lisa Dean is a Registered Massage Therapist who is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to understand their bodies better. Her mission is to equip patients with the knowledge they need to make simple yet effective health choices that restore balance and vitality to their lives. With an interest in women's health, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention she brings a holistic and healing approach to her practice, combining expertise in myofascial release, active and passive stretching, joint mobilization and Swedish massage techniques. By incorporating these modalities into her treatments, she aims to address both physical discomfort and underlying imbalances, promoting overall well-being and vitality. Through education and hands-on soft tissue manipulation, she strives to empower her patient's to take control of their health journey, guiding them toward optimal wellness and a renewed sense of vitality.
