With a grounded, holistic approach, Lisa works to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and enter a state of deep rest where healing can occur. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, with care that is both informed and compassionate.

This non-invasive approach uses light touch to address tension within the body’s intricate connective tissue network, supporting the body to relax, unwind and release. Patients who have benefitted from Craniosacral therapy include those with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, headaches/migraines, post-concussion syndrome, and neck and/or jaw pain.
