Liz Baerg(she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a Master's in Counselling. Liz brings over 20 years of experience supporting new moms, teens, families, and individuals navigating life transitions or barriers to employment. She offers counselling for youth, adults, and couples, and believes therapy can be a meaningful space for anyone—whether you're exploring a new stage of life, working through grief or trauma, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself. Liz's approach is warm, client-centred, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. She draws on a range of evidence-based practices including solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and somatic approaches that support the integration of mind and body. She enjoys bringing creativity into her work and collaborating with clients to tap into their strengths and move toward what matters most to them.
