Liz is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Registered Massage Therapist. She has been practicing in the complementary health care field since 2007 where she began her career as an RMT. She continued her education in health and wellness by graduating with Honours from the Acupuncture program at Pacific Rim College in 2014. ***Please note, Liz is not accepting new Massage Therapy Patients at this time*** Liz's Acupuncture practice includes the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as needling, cupping, gua sha (skin scraping), Tui Na (Chinese massage), electric stimulation and TCM diet recommendations. Liz is passionate about supporting people with pain and mental health concerns. Her practice focuses on musculoskeletal pain, chronic or persistent pain management, headaches, migraines, stress, anxiety, post traumatic stress, depression and women's health. The focus of this treatment is a continuation from the initial treatment or a "radiance refresh" to help you look and feel your best. Points are chosen on the body to support and provide grounding and balance to the nervous system followed by facial needling and finished with cupping and gua sha facial massage.
