She specializes in working with individuals impacted by various complex mental health concerns including trauma, addiction, substance use, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and psychosis. Emotions are a part of the human experience and we all experience pain and suffering in our lifetime. Lorena can facilitate a journey of healing, offering an inviting, inclusive and safe space to be able to process difficult feelings and experiences. She is knowledgeable and skilled at utilizing a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
