Lori is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working in the field of adult mental and physical health. After graduating from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, she has specialized in the areas of mental health recovery and vocational rehabilitation. Her broad experience has involved wellness and rehabilitation planning for various professions and referral sources, and in consulting to various employer groups on workplace health with the aim of assisting individuals and organizations to break down barriers, increase their skill and knowledge, and achieve their goals. Lori’s continued excitement in providing occupational therapy is in the challenge of finding a methodical approach to improve complex conditions. The aim is to work towards achieving client-identified goals for improved functioning in the areas of self-care, productivity, and leisure, despite the challenges that an injury, illness, or life change can bring. Interest areas include recovery from concussion, trauma, depression and anxiety disorders, work life balance, return to work planning, workplace accommodation, mental wellness at work, and health promotion. Lori is passionate about continuous learning, personal growth, and living life fully, and assisting others with this process on their journey. She considers it a privilege to work on this together in partnership with individuals going through the health trials and hurdles that life presents, and with the team at Tall Tree. Outside of work Lori enjoys spending time with her family, and doing anything outdoors including hiking, cycling, and paddle boarding.

$552.50 fee is inclusive of all Services under ss. 35- 38 of Schedule A to complete an Intake Assessment including education, communication with relevant stakeholders and completion of the ECAT Assessment Report; • Only one Intake Assessment may be billed per claim; • ECAT Assessment Report must be received by WorkSafeBC within three Business Days following the completion of the Intake Assessment; • Not payable until the ECAT Assessment Report is received; • Eligible for a timely report bonus of $55 if the ECAT Assessment Report is received within three Business Days after the completion of the Intake Assessment (where the final day of the Intake Assessment is day zero).

Inclusive of all activities and communication; • Maximum of a total of 12 OT and/or PT sessions combined (fee codes 1224963 and 1224964) over 30 consecutive Business Days; • ONE service Unit equals 15 minute of clinician time; • Limit of ONE visit per day of a maximum of 90 minutes (SIX units) of Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist time.
