“Thank you for contacting VE-911, our rapid-access vaginal estrogen program. You will be contacted briefly by a physician to review your symptoms and determine whether vaginal estrogen is appropriate for you. This appointment is specifically for vaginal estrogen treatment and does not include assessment or management of systemic hormone therapy such as estrogen patches/gels, progesterone or testosterone. You do not need to be an existing patient of our clinic to use VE-911. The program is available to eligible women in British Columbia with valid MSP coverage, and your physician appointment is MSP-covered at no cost to you. Prescription medication costs are separate and depend on your individual drug coverage.
