As a busy mom of two in a blended family of five kids, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. Life gets full, and taking time for yourself matters.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel at ease, and leave feeling confident and taken care of.
Outside of the clinic, I’m drawn to art and design, time by the water, and anything that helps me recharge — from walks with a good podcast to travel, spa days, and a great glass of wine.
