She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and offers a compassionate, personalized approach that honors each client’s unique story and goals.
Her diverse background includes experience in community organizations, addiction treatment centres, and nearly a decade in the corporate sector. As an entrepreneur herself, Lydia understands the unique pressures and rewards of building something meaningful and connects with business owners in a thoughtful, relatable way.
In addition to her clinical work, Lydia has presented at a conference for Brock University, taught at Conestoga College, delivered training in French for a Fortune 500 company, and has been featured on a podcast focused on addiction.

Lydia provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Lydia Forge is the founder and Clinic Director of Heart & Mind Therapy, and a dedicated Registered Social Worker providing psychotherapy in both French and English.
