About Maddy
Maddy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She works with teens and adults through a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, survivors of sexual abuse, body image, and relationships. Maddy is a caring, empathic, and dynamic counsellor who is confident in her ability to help her clients to shift adversity into positive changes and new possibilities.
Maddy is proud to be working in Lynn valley, a place where she was born and raised. Giving back to her community in a meaningful way is at the core of her values.
Approach to Counselling
Maddy uses a person centred narrative approach in her work with clients. Maddy commits to meeting clients wherever their journey begins, and strives to create a comfortable welcoming space for all. When working with Maddy you can expect to feel reassured, heard, and above all safe. She believes in the power of change through harnessing the unique abilities of all her clients, and developing new skills in order for them to experience their full potential.

Availability
Maddy offers sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:30am-2:30pm
Fees
50-minute session: $150 + GST
75-minute session: $225 + GST
