About Madelyn
Their own wordsI aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and able to show up as you are. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, working alongside you to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and find ways to navigate what you’re going through. My style is warm, compassionate, and paced in a way that feels safe and manageable.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you understand emotional patterns and protective responses shaped by past experiences. I also integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to support nervous system awareness and emotional safety, while adapting to your needs and readiness.
I have experience supporting eating disorders using CBT-E, alongside trauma-informed approaches such as CBT and CPT. I also draw from DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor our work together.
I support adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, eating concerns, and challenges with self-esteem, identity, boundaries, and relationships.
