Maggie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Toronto) in 2001 and worked as a Registered Massage Therapist for a decade. In 2011, she attended Toronto Metropolitan University to study midwifery, becoming a Registered Midwife and practicing until 2023. Her experience as a midwife reinforced for her the importance of optimized musculoskeletal balance during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She has additional training in both pregnancy and baby massage. Maggie provides a broad range of care and welcomes any individual seeking to achieve a feeling of wellness in their body. She utilizes classic Swedish techniques, along with deep tissue massage, myofascial work, and trigger point therapy. Maggie practices within the standards and guidelines of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.

($225 + HST) This treatment is performed on a supportive floor mat, with the client remaining fully clothed. Using hands, elbows, knees, feet and body weight, the RMT applies deep compressions into the muscles to release built up tension. Gentle yet powerful stretches are incorporated throughout, helping to open the joints, lengthen tight muscles, and restore mobility. The session creates a balance of relaxation and invigoration, leaving the body feeling both grounded and revitalized.

($125 + HST) Treatment involves assessment and focused work to upper back, neck, shoulders, head, face and jaw. RMT will use a gloved hand for intraoral work in order to access the deeper structures of the jaw. Releasing tension from these internal muscles can provide significant relief from headaches, difficulty opening and closing the mouth, teeth clenching/grinding, as well as related facial/ear pain. (Fee includes HST)
