As a dedicated psychotherapist and registered clinical counsellor, I am deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating emotional and cognitive challenges that affect their daily lives. With over nine years of experience in child and adolescent mental health in India, I have helped young people overcome trauma, learning difficulties, and barriers to their personal and academic growth.
In Canada, my practice extends to children, teens, and adults with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, mood dysregulation, and gifted or twice-exceptional profiles. I understand that gifted and neurodivergent minds function differently—and often beautifully. My goal is to help clients harness their unique strengths while developing strategies to manage sensory sensitivities, executive functioning challenges, emotional intensity, and self-esteem concerns.
I also work extensively with ICBC clients recovering from concussions, offering trauma-informed psychotherapy that addresses both the emotional and cognitive aspects of post-injury recovery. Many clients experience frustration, anxiety, or loss of identity as they heal. Through structured support, I guide them through a gradual return-to-work process that focuses on pacing, symptom regulation, and building resilience.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic awareness. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
