SaveHi, I am Mallory and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
After going through my own pregnancy, loss, and postpartum journey, I have developed a deep passion for perinatal therapy. I use a client centered approach to therapy to address clients individual experiences and mental health concerns through pregnancy, infant loss, childbirth, and postpartum.

My collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy gives space for clients to feel heard and work towards overcoming challenges. I utilize psychotherapy techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
