Born and raised in North Vancouver, Mandy has always found joy in the beautiful outdoors and appreciates the close-knit community that the North Shore offers. She has a natural inclination to learn new things, take on new adventures, and meet new people. Having worked at a local vitamin and health food store for the past nine years, Mandy developed a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit as an integrated and symbiotic system. She believes that when an ailment arises, it's never just one aspect that requires attention. This perspective led her to study nutrition, and she later earned her diploma as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Mandy is eager to work with her community to explore and invest in nurturing and healing the body. She utilizes various fascial and muscular techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, dynamic stretching, and many other modalities to help release tension and restore the body, promoting optimal physical health and function. Mandy has completed her Level 1 MLD certification with Vodder International.
