Manoah Smith is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adolescents and adults. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore meaningful change.
Manoah integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and experiences.
She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, relational challenges, grief, and life transitions. Manoah’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, balancing clinical expertise with genuine human connection. She believes holistic wellness involves understanding the mind within the broader context of one’s life, relationships, and values.
Outside of her work, Manoah can usually be found spending time with friends, family, and her pets, reading, rock climbing, or enthusiastically consuming mysteries and psychological thrillers.
