AjouterManpreet Grewal is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Throughout the program, Manpreet has acquired the ability to assess, explain, treat, and help guide patients with various conditions, such as headaches, neck and back pain, and various other musculoskeletal or postural related conditions. The program also allowed her to experience working with varsity athletes from UBC and Douglas College and patients with neurological conditions. Manpreet has learned and honed various techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques. She can provide massage to individuals who have had mastectomies and/or top surgery, those who are experiencing TMJ concerns, and as well as, prenatal and post-natal massages. Her main goal is to help her patients reach their health and healing goals.

Treatment focuses on supporting healthy lymphatic flow to reduce fluid buildup, improve circulation, and enhance overall comfort and mobility. As symptoms and severity vary from person to person, each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s needs. This 75-minute initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment session. Your therapist will review your health history, assess your symptoms and areas of concern, and develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), exercise, and compression bandaging as appropriate. All taxes are included in the listed price. Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present during the initial assessment.
