Manu’s practice is a combination of deep therapeutic treatment, including trigger point and myofascial release, relaxation to support integration, and nervous system regulation, and functional movement based therapeutic exercises to improve both bio-mechanics; how we move, and posture; how we stand. For the past 15 years Manu has been training and working in the field of holistic health including conscious connected breathwork, qi gong, tai chi, functional movement, yoga, meditation, transformational life coaching and men’s work.
