Marc received his massage training and graduated from Bryan College (formerly known as Elmcrest) and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Through his past and present athletic activities, Marc understands the importance of being pain free to achieve peak performance.
Marc is passionate about helping people overcome injuries and returning clients to pre injury performance and comfort levels. He has worked with a variety of athletes (marathon runners, Muay Thai fighters, power lifters, rugby players and competitive swimmers) and has experience treating a number of injuries that people may encounter.
In his treatments, Marc uses a variety of techniques to help achieve his clients’ goals. Some of the techniques he uses are myofascial trigger point release, passive stretching and joint mobilization. All of these techniques decrease pain/discomfort, increase mobility and improve day to day functions.
