About Margot
Their own words
My treatments are intentional and methodical, remaining curious about how the body is responding as I work. I typically use a blend of deep tissue, fascial release, joint play, and general osteopathic techniques, but my approach is always evolving. Throughout a massage, I’m continually assessing and adjusting based on how the body is responding to the techniques I am using. This allows me to adapt the treatment in the moment, ensuring my approach aligns with the body’s needs. As a result, the techniques I choose can shift—sometimes moving from focused, specific and deep to light, slow, and expansive—all depending on the signals the body provides. My intention is always for my clients to leave feeling lighter, freer, and empowered, with simple homecare solutions that will support them between sessions.

Pediatric - Massage
“To be transparent, pediatric massage isn’t my main focus, but I understand the convenience of staying local for your child’s care. Because of this, I’m open to working with children on a case-by-case basis.
Typically, this applies to children dealing with a specific injury or concern and already working with another healthcare provider, like a physiotherapist or doctor. I usually need a referral from them and a chance to speak with you about your child’s situation before booking.
For this reason, pediatric massage appointments must be arranged by contacting me directly—online booking is disabled for this service.”
