Only after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University and Anderson College (massage therapy program) was i able to fundamentally grasp "that one has only oneself in which to dwell". Our mental and physical health are intertwined and as such, both need an equal measure of attention. Whether you find yourself tired, stressed or in pain, a massage will help your entire state of being. No two people are alike, so each treatment is highly individualized and i endeavour to address both the primary and secondary cause. Commitment to your well being is of utmost importance.
