I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (2016). I offer direct billing with Pacific Blue Cross, and Medavie, and for other insurance providers, clients can submit claims independently through Telus eHealth etc.
Born and raised in Kamloops, my love for sports and the outdoors led me to an interest in rehabilitation and massage therapy. I was drawn to massage for its holistic approach, combining physical and psychological benefits. Throughout my career, I’ve lived and practiced in various locations, including Vancouver Island, Kamloops and Australia, but I’m grateful to now call the West Coast home.

My treatments incorporate a range of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish massage, and joint mobilization. I enjoy working with a variety of conditions, with a special focus on maternity massage, athletic injuries, headaches, and shoulder and neck pain. I’ve recently pursued further training in maternity massage and rehabilitation, focusing in labor support and postpartum care.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family and our dog, Juniper. Whether hiking, surfing, playing soccer, rock climbing, or enjoying music, I’m always looking for ways to stay active and connected to my community.

Clinic time includes history, assessment, treatment, education, home care, kid friendly music. Having four of my own children I'm comfortable working with kids! Parent or caregiver is welcome to be in the treatment room if the child wishes. I also teach parents how to massage your baby or toddler at home. Simply book this appointment under your child's name and leave a note that its for infant/toddler massage.
Clinic time includes history, assessment, treatment, education, and home care.
Our Student Intern Therapist has graduated from an Accredited Massage Therapy School in BC and awaiting their College Of Massage Therapists' of BC Board Exam . This treatment is not eligible for Extended Health Care benefits or any other insured treatment (ICBC, Worksafe) . An alternative for those patients with no coverage or have exhausted their coverage for the year.
