Welcome, I’m Maria.
I graduated with honors from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2024 after a decade long career in horticulture. Growing up as a gymnast, competitive dancer, and later navigating physically demanding jobs, I often found myself lost in figuring out how to relieve chronic pain and injuries. I am now honoured to be equipped with tools to better support myself and others along their healing journey.
My massage style can be described as calming and detailed. Each session is custom built from a foundation of informed consent, utilizing evidence-based techniques to treat a variety of conditions and clients, from paediatric to chronic tension.
