Marie Arcand, RMT At the heart of Marie’s massage therapy practice is reverence for the body’s ability to rejuvenate and heal. 45 minute appointment for children from 0-15 years old
This treatment is a combination of relaxation and tension relieving. The treatment will focus on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, face, jaw and scalp. As we tense our facial muscles through verbal expression, stress, sleeping, clenching our jaw, grinding our teeth and going about our daily life, this tension builds up and can cause aging and fine lines. Releasing tension in the jaw, scalp and neck can elevate tension headaches, jaw pain, fine lines and the looks of aging. Other benefits of facial massage include: lymphatic drainage, better appearances of tone in our muscles, increasing circulation, and relieving sinus pressure.
