Marilee is a non-diet and size inclusive dietitian specializing in eating disorders, body image and neurodivergent nutrition for clients age 10 and up. She has lived experience with being a late diagnosed ADHD'er, eating disorders, trauma and being a parent.
Marilee is passionate about providing nutrition care without food rules through an inclusive, anti-oppressive, trauma informed, neurodivergent and gender-affirming and health at every size philosophy. She supports clients to make peace with food and their bodies through a non judgmental and light-hearted approach to nutrition.
She offers nutrition services that focus on the following areas:

“Supportive eating is an effective tool for eating disorder and disordered eating recovery. Clients must have already completed an initial assessment with one of our dietitians prior to booking meal support sessions.
Meal support is individualized based on your needs. Some examples of meal support may include:
- a source of compassionate distraction during the meal
- learning and practicing coping skills during the meal
- practicing social eating
- building confidence and self compassion around food
- support with diversifying current diet or integrating challenge foods
- providing post meal support to interrupt vulnerability to behaviours
