She utilizes a variety and combination of techniques to decrease tension, increase mobility, and decrease stiffness. Her treatments primarily focus on nervous system regulation. She has a background in fitness, yoga, somatic movement awareness, qi gong, life coaching and conflict resolution training. When not at the clinic, she likes to rejuvenate her mind in nature and hike the north shore. For fun she likes to drive different evos around town, check out different grocery stores for unique items and find the best gluten free treats at the bakery. She volunteers her time as a life coach providing energy readings and can sometimes be found spending time at the shelter to pet cats. She loves to strum her ukulele.
