Marissa Roy, RMT
I became a Registered Massage Therapist because I have always been passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. Whether it's reducing pain, relieving muscle tension, or simply helping someone feel better in their day-to-day life, I find it incredibly rewarding to support clients on their wellness journey.
After spending several years working in a medical office in an administrative role, I am excited to be returning to massage therapy. My experience in both healthcare and massage therapy has strengthened my appreciation for treating each client as an individual and tailoring treatments to their unique needs and goals.

Outside of the clinic you will often find me strength training at the gym, running, hiking and enjoying time in nature. Staying active has given me a firsthand understanding of the importance of movement, recovery and self-care and I enjoy helping others stay active and feel their best.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you move, feel, and live better.

Postpartum breast care and lymphatic drainage can be used as a helpful tool to aid mothers who are suffering from issues while breastfeeding. Using superficial lymphatic techniques and taping, we help to clear blockages in the milk ducts that may result in stagnant milk flow, or lead to mastitis.
