He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a fitness instructor certificate with Can-Fit Pro. Mark understands the importance of integrating mind and body to help overcome both life challenges and physical injuries; while simultaneously helping to build effective habits and behaviours for clients to progress. Mark takes a holistic approach when working with his clients; analyzing and fostering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health to help you achieve your goals.

Our experienced team provides personalized assessments and treatments, using the latest techniques and evidence-based practices. Our psychotherapy services help bridge the gap between the mind-body connection to help you manage a life challenge, physical injury, or to improve a quality about yourself. Psychotherapy session includes history review, education about condition & management and treatment plan.
We will briefly discuss your needs and you’ll begin therapy same day. It is a non-invasive treatment that supports healing, reduces pain, and improves recovery. You’ll sit or lie comfortably while therapeutic red light is directed at the treated area. The light does not burn and most patients feel little to no sensation. Sessions last 10–20 minutes and you may remain fully clothed (depending treatment and preference) and there is no downtime.
