About Marla
Their own wordsHey, I’m Marla
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, but the fact that you’re here matters. It tells me that a part of you is ready for something to shift, even if you can’t fully put it into words yet.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. It can be a space that’s grounded, real, and supportive, where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. My role is to meet you there, and help you make sense of what you’re carrying.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore patterns that feel stuck, build awareness around your thoughts and emotions, and gently reconnect you back to yourself, not just in your mind, but in your body as well. I often incorporate somatic practices to help you move out of overwhelm and back into a place of steadiness.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist, I show up as a real person in the room, and I value building a relationship where you feel safe, respected, and understood. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for both the hard conversations and the moments of clarity that follow.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place to begin questioning those narratives and creating something new, something that feels more aligned with who you are.
You don’t have to navigate this on your own.
