Martina graduated from Fanshawe College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy, and is currently in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Martina enjoys customizing treatments and practical homecare strategies for clients to increase their quality of life. She uses a multitude of techniques to treat conditions/injuries like sports and repetitive strain injuries, headaches/migraines, stress related injuries, acute and chronic conditions, along with everyday aches and pains. Incorporating deep tissue massage, general swedish massage, myofascial release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), trigger point therapy, and cupping therapy. By applying a pressure technique to these areas, your Reflexologist can find small deposits and or imbalances in that specific zone.
