##About Matt: Matt (he/him) has been involved in athletics, coaching, and health throughout his entire life. He grew up playing team sports like soccer and rugby, later pursuing mountain biking and rock climbing in his teens and early twenties. Matt has spent the last decade competing in powerlifting at a provincial level and coaching world record holders, professional athletes, and people who just want to move better, feel better, and be pain free. Matt combines his years of coaching experience with his clinical knowledge as a massage therapist to tailor his approach to the specific needs and goals of his patients. He uses a combination of traditional Swedish massage, orthopaedic techniques, joint mobilizations, and pain management through patient education in stretching and exercise. Your session with Matt will be focused on your goals, whether they are just to relax from a long day of work or if they are more specific and related to performance or a recent injury. Please bring comfy, clean and thin material clothing such as T-shirts and shorts/pants to wear during the treatment. This comfy clothing will be worn during the massage.
