A physiotherapy assessment is the first step toward understanding your condition and creating a personalized treatment plan. It involves discussing your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals, followed by a physical evaluation to identify the root causes of pain, injury, or movement limitations. This process provides a clear diagnosis and tailored recovery plan to restore function, reduce pain, prevent future injuries, and improve overall quality of life. While generally safe, some tests may cause temporary discomfort or soreness, but your physiotherapist will guide you through each step to ensure safety and effective rehabilitation.
