Meadow Nightingale - Registered Massage Therapist Meadow (formerly Jon) brings 12 years of clinical and spa experience to the H+G studio. Her style is slow and methodical, considering massage to be a form of meditation for both client and practitioner. She believes that most healing comes from what is accomplished between treatments, and works to build clients’ self-efficacy with exercises and education. In her spare time, Meadow can be found reading, playing board games, doing yoga, swimming, cycling, and enjoying nature.
