Meagan is a graduate of the 2,200hr Registered Massage Therapy program from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC. Having grown up in the lower mainland she has called Kelowna home since 2015. She has enjoyed being active her whole life whether it be team sports like volleyball, soccer and multi-sports, or more individual endeavors such as road biking, fitness competitions and riding horses. These activities have come with injuries and Meagan understands the importance that massage therapy can play in recovery. Health, wellness and movement are important pillars not only in her own life but how she approaches massage therapy. In her practice, Meagan uses evidenced based techniques that include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Prenatal. She has also honed in her relaxation massage techniques having worked in a high end spa. When not immersed in massage therapy, you can find her on the court playing volleyball, road biking around town, out riding her horse, or adventuring with her loyal canine companion.
