She specializes in a range of presenting issues, which include but not limited to OCD, anxiety, panic, depression, phobias, trauma, insomnia, late diagnosed ADHD and WSIB/ MVA -related injuries. Her experience in working with advocacy groups in collaboration with the Canadian Family Justice system also has provided her with unique insights and skills to navigate families in transition for both parents and children. As well, her extensive work with various trauma practices has cultivated her approach to dealing with both complex and incident-related traumas. Meagan's therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies. She also has completed Gottman Level 1 which influences her approach to couples and other presenting concerns surrounding relationships, attachments and communication. Education: Meagan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph. As well as, a Master’s of Counselling Psychology degree from Adler University.
