- Strong passion, as well as desire to support individuals and couples with a variety of abilities while demonstrating creativity, sense of humor and understanding.
- Utilizes an eclectic therapy approach and Knowledgeable in a multitude of counselling modalities including Gottman Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused and Mindfulness Therapy
