This 6 week program is open to women in the postpartum period and babies can come to the class. Kristen Parise will be instructing how to breathe, turn on your pelvic floor and deep abdominals. Over the 6 week program the exercises will increase in difficulty. This program is billable through group physiotherapy benefits, with an initial pelvic health physiotherapy assessment and targeted goals.

This is a treatment of the bones of the head (cranium). It specifically targets the function of the jaw, nose, ears, eyes, throat, and sinuses. If you have already come for an initial osteopathic assessment within the last year you may book this appointment.

For children and teens with bladder, bowel, or pelvic floor concerns including bedwetting, daytime wetting, constipation, urgency, soiling, or pelvic pain. Includes a parent-led history, external physical assessment, and education tailored to your child's age. Internal exams are not performed in pediatric pelvic health. For active pediatric clients continuing care from a recent assessment within the last 6 months. Sessions may include bladder or bowel diary review, biofeedback (when age-appropriate), home program progression, and parent coaching. A parent or guardian must be present for the entire appointment.

For infants, children, and teens with concerns like torticollis (tight neck), plagiocephaly (flat head), gross motor delays, scoliosis, sports injuries, or postural concerns. Includes developmental and medical history, movement screening, and a hands-on exam. A parent or guardian must be present for the entire appointment. For active pediatric clients continuing care from a recent assessment within the last 6 months. Sessions focus on the treatment plan: hands-on work, home exercise progression, parent coaching, and re-assessment of milestones or recovery. Your practitioner will recommend the right length based on your child's needs.

For pessary fittings only. Requires a doctor or nurse practitioner note for medical clearance to fit for a pessary. A two-week follow up is mandatory for all pessary fittings.
