Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients move and feel better in their bodies. A graduate with honours of distinction from Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy, she also brings over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and clinical Pilates, blending therapeutic massage with a strong foundation in movement science and a deep understanding of how the body works. Fascinated by biomechanics and efficiency of movement, Megan focuses on addressing the root causes of pain and tension—not just the symptoms. Her treatments are tailored to each individual, helping clients restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and move with greater ease. At the heart of her practice is a commitment to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly supported. Megan meets each person exactly where they are in that moment, without judgment—whether they're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relief and greater comfort in their daily lives.
Please note: Yenina is currently unable to treat individuals with a compromised lymphatic system—such as those who have had lymph nodes removed, undergone radiation, or are experiencing primary lymphedema. Oil-free treatment: This method follows the Chikly method approach to lymphatic drainage and is performed without the use of oil. This treatment uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stretch the skin and encourage increased lymphatic flow.
