As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), I'm dedicated to providing exceptional massage therapy services and rehabilitation. My passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being stems from a strong foundation in human kinetics, earned during my undergraduate studies. This background, combined with my massage therapy education, allows me to approach each treatment with a deep understanding of the body's mechanics.
I provide a range of massage techniques, including cupping therapy, a modality for muscle tension and fascial adhesions. I also offer pregnancy massage, providing safe and comfortable treatments for the duration of the entire pregnancy. My approach is patient-centered, tailoring each session to individual needs and preferences. I strive to create a calm and relaxing environment where patients can truly unwind and experience the therapeutic benefits of massage.
