acknowledge the importance of backgrounds, personality, lived experiences, interests,
strengths, family dynamics, work/career, spiritual and existential issues in one’s journey.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in being client-focused and solution-oriented. I draw from
evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy,

I work with individuals, 19+ years of age, and in allyship with LGBTQ2S+ and BIPOC communities. I’m also San’yas ICS trained.
I specialize in navigating challenging life changes (divorce, grief/loss, career change/physical
health changes and illness), chronic anxiety/depression, stress management, and interpersonal
relationships.
When I'm not working, I love to unwind with activities that bring me joy, like exploring our
beautiful city, playing tennis, cycling, practicing yoga, or getting creative in the kitchen with my
passion for baking and cooking.
