Individual Counselling Session is 50 minutes with your counsellor to discuss and guide you through a topic, issue or problem of your choice.

During this 50 minute intake, it will provide an opportunity for individuals to share their experience and allow the counsellor to gain a better understanding of how to help. Please put in notes if you would prefer In Person or Online.

This 75 minute allows for the flexibility of family members to integrate into the counselling process.

This 60 minute session is dedicated to parents who are wanting to find strength based ways to parent their children. This session will collect family background, set goals and provide some initial resources to help parents on their journey to connection with their child.
