She is certified by OSTCAN and trained at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, a four-year program focused on classical osteopathic principles and the body as an interconnected mechanical system. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and developed an early interest in healthcare through her work in vision therapy, supporting individuals with concussion-related and visual challenges. This experience shaped her appreciation for how movement, balance, and coordination are influenced by the way your body functions as a whole.
