An in-demand Thai Massage therapist and Restorative Yoga instructor with a decade of practical experience under her belt, Mercedes was called to study Acupuncture and Traditional Eastern Medicine after experiencing firsthand the benefits of these ancient practices.
Traditional Acupuncture holistically manages both internal and muscular skeletal symptoms arising from the circulatory, digestive, nervous and cardiovascular systems. It is ideal for those living with both acute and chronic pain conditions. Mercedes invites you to try acupuncture for: menstrual, fertility and postpartum issues; in vitro care; symptoms arising from peri- and post-menopause; back, neck, and shoulder pain; headaches; and insomnia; anxiety, depression, grief, and mental health issues.
